I really liked the dealership and the setting of the waiting area. The people that came to talk with other clients were really kind. The person that I worked with seemed nice, but when he asked me if I wanted my tires rotated and I said I didn't think I had time (when my car was getting checked in) - he didn't explain it to me more. I had no idea the cost, etc. He shook his head and said that I really needed them to be done and then that is all he said to me for the rest of the time until he brought me to the waiting area. I also am not sure what kind of oil was used in my car. I said synthetic to the girl on the phone, but was not told or asked when I came in. I can only assume that it was correct as conventional oil has not worked well for my chevy. I brought my Chev Traverse for low coolant and asked if they would fill it to the full level. I was told there was a customer satisfaction program on the water pump shaft seal leaking. Jeff the service consultant asked me if I had 45 minutes to spare to get it in and see if the shaft seal was leaking. I said yes and in 45 min it was fixed and I was out the door. Great service.
